Photo of the Week- "Against the Cold"
February 19, 2017 • Leave a Comment
It was another slow week for me when it comes to photos with the highlight being these two moose. I waited for quite a while to see if they would get up and move on a morning when the low was about 3°F at the time I took this photo. But the moose weren't going anywhere and I wasn't about to disturb them. Everything was covered in frost from the cold and the mist rising from the river, including the moose. A winter storm has moved in yesterday but it's brought a mix of rain and snow again, instead of just rain. After a really cold December and January, February has been a tad too warm so far.
